The Personality of a Painting

When painting a portrait, I rarely know the person but I can Imagine what they might be like and I try to portray that onto the canvas.  When painting the portrait I call Soulful, I could imagine her when she was young.  She liked to ride horses, play baseball, climb trees and go fishing with the boys (not unlike myself when I was young).  She wore baseball caps and had messy hair most of the time and was most comfortable in blue jeans and a T-shirt.  Even then she had a deeper inner soul that made her beautiful.  Today, she remains humble, down to earth and a tomboy at heart.  She has a beautiful Soul that is seen when you look into her eyes and she is true to those lucky enough to call her a friend.  She is "Soulful".
